bleh.email is a personal assistant that helps you work through your email and calendar. It is run by Matt Moglia for himself and invited family members. This page explains what data it uses and why.

What we access

Your Google profile (name, email address, photo) to sign you in.
Gmail (read, label, archive and send, using the gmail.modify permission) for the Google accounts you connect, so the assistant can sort your mail, draft replies and send them when you approve.
Google Calendar so the assistant can check your availability and add or change events when you approve.
Things you tell the assistant to remember, such as details used to fill out school forms.

How we use it

Only to provide bleh.email's features to you. Nothing is sent, changed or deleted without your click.
Email content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to summarize, prioritize and draft replies. Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through its commercial API.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else.
bleh.email's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we store it

Data is stored in a Postgres database (Neon) and the app runs on Render, both in the United States.
Google access tokens and sensitive remembered details are encrypted at rest.

Your choices

You can disconnect any Google account at any time from your Google account permissions.
You can view, edit or delete anything the assistant remembers from its "What I remember" page.
